Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced construction professional to our team of experts in Helsinki, Finland. You are a talented organizer, able to manage multiple projects and their scheduling at the same time. In your role at Colliers, you will influence the management, development and value creation of our customers' properties. You are familiar with the lifecycle of properties, energy efficiency and environmental and safety issues which create an interesting and challenging operating environment for you. As a project manager, you are responsible for the overall management of alterations and renovations to the customer's properties and new construction projects. Your responsibilities include scheduling and construction management from start to finish including cost estimates. In addition, your duties are to tender and monitor planning and implementation, monitor schedules and budgets, and to report to the client on project progress, costs and progress, and make a final report on the project.
